Men's Retreat: October 23rd

Join us for our Men's Retreat entitled St. Jospeh - Our Role Model in Faith on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 9 am - 3 pm

The Knights of Columbus will host a one-day retreat that will take place from 9 am to 3 pm on October 23rd at Our Lady of Hope located at 9711 W. Devon Avenue, Rosemont. All men of area parishes are invited to participate.

Our Role Model In Faith: Inspired by Pope Francis proclaiming this as the Year of St. Joseph, our goal for this year's retreat is to inspire the men of our northwest-side parishes by focusing on St. Joseph as an example of true masculinity through service, protection, and self sacrifice.

β€œIn St. Joseph, we see our mission and mandate. Guard the family. Guard the truth. He led through service and creative courage. So must we. It is the only way to overcome the hurdles facing our families, the Church and our culture.” β€“ Supreme Knight Patrick Kelly

Anticipated retreat speakers include:

  • Fr. James Wallace - Pastor, St. Paul of the Cross
  • Fr. Matt Bozovsky - Pastor, Our Lady of Ransom
  • Fr. Nick Cavallari - Associate Pastor, St. Paul of the Cross

In addition to thought provoking presentations by our speakers, the program will include Mass and Eucharistic Adoration led by Fr. Wojciech Oleksy - Mission Director, Our Lady of Hope. Coffee and pastries will be available in the morning, and lunch will be provided. A donation of $25.00 is requested from those attendees who can afford to do so.
