Endowment Award Recipients

Congratulations to the St. Paul of the Cross Parish Educational Endowment Fund’s 2021 Scholarship Recipients

On behalf of the entire St. Paul of the Cross community and the Educational Committee, Dr. Mickelburgh was proud to present the Endowment’s merit awards to the recipients at our school year-end Mass. The three Pastoral Leadership Award recipients are: Emmie Fehrman, Jenny Hagemann, and Lily O’Connor. There were two recipients of the Roseann McHugh New Family Welcome Award this year, thanks to the generous donor who established this scholarship. The recipients are: The Mahany Family and the Veron Family.

Thanks to the continued generosity of our many benefactors, the Pastoral Leadership Awards were recently established in honor of Father Carl Morello and Father Britto Berchmans. Current 5th and 6th grade SPC School students are invited to apply. These three monetary awards of $750 are given to students who demonstrate the qualities of leadership and service to others.

The Roseann McHugh New Family Welcome Award was established by an anonymous donor to honor the memory of a beloved aunt who valued Catholic education and the strong sense of community it provided to school families. This $500 gift is available to families who, for the first time during the current school year, have kids in K-7th grades and are returning to SPC for a second year. This award is granted to welcome a new family to the SPC School community.

Congratulations to all of these fine students and their families.
