Project Hope

Catholic Charities Project Hope offers a hand up - instead of a hand out

St. Paul of the Cross Social Service Ministry has been a proud supporter of Project Hope since March 2009. Monthly, we send $500.00 to the program director, along with other parishes in the area. Project Hope offers transitional housing as well as psychological, spiritual, and financial assistance. A caseworker develops the appropriate goals and timeline for their clients. The client must report to the caseworker monthly. Many clients are taking classes to earn certificates and degrees. This has been a wonderful opportunity for folks who want to really work toward financial independence. The Social Service Ministry is grateful to be a part of the many success stories. Please see the client update below to learn more about Project Hope.
