Food Pantry

Our food pantry serves 40 - 80 individuals each month through food and monetary donations from our parishioners and community. The Mother Teresa Guild provides ground beef each month for our patrons and maintains and staffs the pantry. We also give away special food boxes and gifts for distribution during Thanksgiving and Christmas - sign up for these special distributions is required.

Non-perishable food can be dropped off in church, at the rectory, or through the drop box outside the pantry. Monetary donations to the pantry are also welcome as volunteers sometimes need to purchse specific items to be sure our patrons receive balanced nutrition.

Hours:  8 - 10 a.m. on the last Saturday of each month, except in November and December when it is open on the third Saturday.

Location:  The food pantry is located in the southeast corner of the Kinane Center with its own outside entrance.

Requirements:  Name, address, and identification are requested when patrons register.

St. Paul of the Cross Mission Statement: As children of God, living in a Catholic community of faith, we are united by the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. Aware that all we have is gift and grace from our Heavenly Father, we strive to give of our time, talent and treasure to build His kingdom on earth. We live this mission, challenged by the Word, nurtured by the Sacraments, and enlivened by the Spirit, to serve our brothers and sisters in peace, justice and dignity. All are welcome on this journey.
